Vincent Orange was my choice for the Council Chair position that Brown currently holds.  Although, Brown and I are NUPE’S Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity brothers Vincent Orange was the most fiscally qualified candidate. Vote for Vincent Orange in the April 2011  special election for the At-Large City Council seat.
