Gray is inviting all DC residents to join him for DC a voting rights a rally, budget autonomy and legislative autonomy on Saturday, October 15th at 9:30 AM on Freedom Plaza located at 14th & Pennsylvania AVE, NW. Mayor Gray has been very active during his administration to secure voting rights, legislative autonomy and budget autonomy for DC residents.
