The youth that was stabbed to death in the 1500 lock of 7th Street, NW last week – according to data the East Central Civic Association (ECCA) received, was ruled a justifiable homicide.  According to the ECCA the man stabbed to dearth and his friends had jumped the man doing the stabbing.   The ECCA received data that there might be retaliation from this stabbing death.
