Developer Grant Epstein attended the ECCA monthly meeting on April 2nd and informed the community that he plans to build a 24 unit condo at 435 R Street, NW with only 6 parking spaces. The ECCA supported the project after no objections from residents attending the ECCA meeting whom lived in the 400 Block o R Street, NW.
