Padro’s allegedly dumb and lazy Kevin Chapple and stalker Rachelle Nigro should be voted out of office in November of this year along with Alex “Money Man” Padro These clowns are all about themselves – Nigro just got a job with Pepco after a year of unemployment benefits. If Chapple didn’t rent his house out to gents in the 400 Block of S Street, NW and take crummy legal cases from the District Court House he would still be broke. Padro allegedly has scammed every developer in DC in the name of Shaw Main Streets to pocket a salary for himself. Good thing his live-in boyfriend works for the DC Homeland Security Agency.

The sad thing is these clowns have down nothing to improve the facades of needed businesses along the 7th Street corridor. They have not used their leverage on the ANC to empower the unemployed residents in ANC 2-C except for the mentally ill black cyclist with a Ivy league degree working as a butler at a neighborhood restaurant.

Our alleys are dirty, robberies are up, vagrants hanging 24-7 on 7th Street and the gang graffiti has began – look at Commissioner Kevin Chapples backyard fence.

These three clowns have to go.

DC Councilman Tommy Wells and his chief of staff Charles Allen allegedly has gone out of their way to harm black voters in Ward 6. Wells and Allen has made sure black businesses are not privy to DC grants to aid their businesses along the H Street corridor of Northeast. Wells and Allen made sure that their were no blacks from Shaw serving on the Ward 6 Redistricting Task Force. Wells and Allen have no genuine concern of serving black people in government if Wells were to become the Mayor of DC. Wells and Allen are intimidated by strong and intelligent black men and women. They prefer the docile, head shaking, teeth grinning, knee shaking stereotype of blacks portrayed by ANC 2-C Kevin Chapple and Alex Padro. They love Rachelle Nigro because she is just like Wells and Allen – they think blacks are fools in general.

Ron Collins retires from the DC Government. Ron Collins is a class act and smart man – I wish Ron well in his retirement and may Allah guide and bless Ron and his family in this world and the next.
