Brian Smith the alleged bigot and defunct “Off Seventh Street,” blogger is moving his family to Switzerland due to his job relocating overseas. Hey Brian you and your wife won’t have to be mean spirited to your Muslim next door neighbors anymore. Brian you won’t have anymore Black people to photograph and kick around in Switzerland for the most part unlike Shaw. We advise you to loose that nasty and sloppy gut you highlight when you wear tight fitting muscle shirts.

The Switzerland folks are lean and civilized – you will have a major cultural adjustment in your new country and you better learn to speak French and their native language as well. Hey Brian! why didn’t you advertise your house for sale?

Rachelle Nigro hypocrisy knows no boundaries – the ECCA was contacted by an irate United House of Prayer member angry at the want-to-be important Rachelle Nigro making a move that low to join a Black Church to get re-elected as and ANC Commissioner.

A fight erupted tonight on a metro bus near the Howard Theater. The fight continued after the youth’s exited the bus near the Howard Theater and a youth was stabbed. The Third District Police was on the scene to investigate the stabbing.

Shaw residents have the opportunity to clean house with the Shaw ineffective ANC Commissioners in November 2012. Alex Padro, Kevin Chapple and Rachelle Nigro are self serving idiots that allegedly shakes down businesses and developers for funding to benefit their pockets and personal agenda’s. They have failed to address the graffiti on local business establishments, they have not removed the vagrants, drug dealers and drunks hanging out in the 1500 Block of 7th Street and behind Asbury Dwellings – these locations are in Kevin Chapple’s and Alex Padro’s ANC boundaries.

A burglary occurred last week in the 1700 Block of New Jersey Ave., NW. The thief broke into the property and once inside only took a laptop computer – sounds like the thief must of known the owner to take only a laptop.

Allegations are swirling around Shaw that ANC Chair Alex Padro short ended funding for a Christian Ministry group to fund Summer camp for black kids. Padro allegedly awarded his friends $3000.00 of ANC funds to clean the Bundy’s dog park.

A groundbreaking ceremony will be held today at Jefferson at Market Place formerly the Kelsey Gardens Apartments located in the 1500 Block of 7th Street, NW. The ceremony is from 12PM – 2PM with a free lunch served.

Formerly called Kelsey Gardens Apartment plagued by gambling, drug dealing and homicides until management asked the Shaw volunteer patrol group COPE known by their Red Hats to clean-up the crime. COPE is co-founded and operated by Mahdi Leroy J. Thorpe, Jr., a former Shaw ANC Commissioner and now president of historic East Central Civic Association. In 2007 The Washington Post published a positive article on the Muslim and COPE volunteer patrol groups which eradicated the crime at Kelsey Gardens.

Jefferson at Market Place will feature some affordable housing, market rate housing and retail space – the project is slated to be completed by 2014.
